I can't say enough good things about my experience! As a first-time pet owner, I was a bit nervous about taking my little terrier in for grooming. However, the staff immediately put me at ease with their warmth and expertise. They took the time to explain every step of the grooming process, which I appreciated. My furry friend came out looking absolutely adorable! The attention to detail was impressive; they even gave a little bow tie that made him look so dapper! Plus, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of service. The only minor thing I noticed was that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, as it got a bit crowded during my visit. Nonetheless, I will definitely be returning for regular grooming sessions. Five stars all the way!
